The foundry division was incorporated in 1964. The company’s contribution in the
manufacturing of ferrous and non-ferrous castings, foundry equipments, impregnating systems
and range of sealents in India has been exponential. The factory site located in
Ahmedabad has undertaken large scale projects for numerous Engineering industries,
Automobile industries, Space application centers, Aeronautics Ltd., etc. Tree guards and drainers for Hollywood, U.S.A. has been handled by the company. Copper cadmium connectors are exported to Thailand even today.
 

The above has been possible by the company’s very skilled labour. In order to take advantage of specialized and skilled labour (an alternative possible only in India) from different sectors
involving several operations, the company has encouraged the concept of vendor appraisel
development. The vendors are trained for the company’s specialized jobs at their premises and
quality checks are maintained by the company’s trained supervisors.
 

The manufacturing facilities include machine shop, fabrication shop, special assembly facilities
for each model and host back up facilities such as tool room, heat treatment facilities, paint shop, etc. manufacturing operations are supported by a well equipped engineering and R&D centre using the latest techniques. The company is managed by competent technical staff.
