RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

At present numerous Indian and Joint-Venture companies are using our impregnation plants for
salvaging components, which otherwise would have to be remelted and recasted. An
environment friendly way of saving energy resources! The need for resolving the high level of
rejection in metallurgical industries led to the installation of the first impregnation process in the
company’s premises in 1979 with the technical know-how from Germany. A decade later, the
company is now independently designing and fabricating these systems for specific conditions
and requirements of the clients all over the country.

The company offers a complete range of speciality sealents impregnating both ferrous and non-
ferrous metals. The flagship product, sealent RG-16 has shown incredible results, reducing the
rejection from 47% to a mere 2% for several engineering industries, after the installation of this
product as a standard foundry process.

The company has its own centre for researching into newer products which would help in the
salvaging the components and in the process, our environment and energy resources.
